What are Sign Warehouse Reward Points?
As a member of our Reward Points program, you earn Reward Points for purchases at our online shopping cart, www.signwarehouse.com/shop. Reward points can be redeemed on a variety of sign making products on our eShopping web site.  Your points will be calculated automatically when you check out, and you will be given a choice to redeem them at the time, or save them for later.

Can I use the Reward Points I have earned on the telephone?
No, reward points are earned and redeemed only at our online eShopping cart, www.signwarehouse.com/shop.

When do SignWarehouse Reward points expire?
Currently, all reward points earned this year expire at midnight, December 31, 2012.

How much is a point worth?
Currently, Reward Points are earned at the rate of 1 points per dollar spent, excluding sales tax and shipping. From time to time, promotions may increase or decrease the award ratio at anytime, without prior notice. Additionally Bonus Reward Points can be earned for purchasing certain products, from time to time.

Since points are redeemed at varying levels for different classes of products, it is impossible to put an exact value of each point. At the time of your checkout, you are given the value, in US dollars, of the accumulated points you might wish to use against the value of the order. You can choose to redeem the accumulated points, or wait to use them next time.

You can redeem points at the time of checkout, up to 7.5% of your order subtotal, excluding tax and shipping. This means that if your order subtotals $100.00, you can redeem up to $7.50 from the order in the form of a points credit.

Can I give my points to someone else to use?
No. Accrued point credits do not constitute property of the member, so therefore are not transferable. At no time may accrued points be purchased, sold, bartered, traded, or exchanged. All earned points are the property of SignWarehouse.

How long with the SignWarehouse Reward Point system last?
Currently, it is expected that the program will continue through 2012.

How long does it take for reward point to be posted on equipment sales?
It can take from 7 to 14 days for reward points that are awarded for an equipment purchase to be added to your account. After the points show in your account, you can start spending them.

What is the fine print and other restrictions?
SignWarehouse may, in its discretion, change the Reward Points program rules, regulations, redemption rates, and special offers at any time with or without notice. This means that the accumulation of Reward Points does not entitle customers to any vested rights with respect to such Reward Points, or program benefits. In accumulating Reward Points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any points, and members may not be able to redeem already earned points. The redemption rates for accumulated points may be changed at any time without prior notice. SignWarehouse may make any one or more of these changes at any time even though such changes may affect your ability to use the points that you have already accumulated. SignWarehouse reserves the right to end the Reward Points program at any time with no notice. Reward Points are subject to government regulations.
