Standard features include: Auto Focus, Air Assist, Front Door & Back Panel, 3D Engraving, Intelligent Rubber Stamp Engraving, Multiple/single job selection, DC servo control.

Can all Pinnacle models engrave and vector cut?
YES!  Pinnacle engravers are designed to utilize the same driver. All the capabilities you find in the software for the M-Series are utilized in the V-Series, even up to the N-Series. From Rubber stamp/seal engraving, to 3D engraving, to raster engraving, to vector cutting!

What is the life cycle of the Pinnacle laser source?
20,000 - 35,000 hours. Pinnacle uses the industry standard, proven and reliable Synrad laser tubes. Now, how long will they last? Here's something to note:

We don't really know. Lasers on our LifeTest have passed 45,000 hours and are still going strong!

Can the laser tube be refilled/recharged?
YES. Once the laser tube has reached the end of its life, a simple and inexpensive gas refill will restore it to full power.

What memory configurations are available on the Pinnacle?
16MB Standard: Using standard SIMM modules the Pinnacle series of laser engravers/cutters can utilize 4M, 16M & 64M (32x2) SIMM modules and is upgradeable to 64 megabytes. Multiple file mode holds up to 100 files.

What operating systems can the Pinnacle driver be used under?
The Pinnacle driver can run in any windows operating system higher than windows 98 Second Edition. However it does not support any MAC OS's at this time.

What software can be used with the Pinnacle lasers?
Supported software such as Engravelab & Laser Express Pro. Other non-supported versions of CorelDraw & AutoCAD may also work with Pinnacle lasers (Call for information).

What is the max. acrylic thickness that can be cut through (L30)?
1/2"-5/8". It is possible to successfully cut out 1/2" acrylic with a single pass. Depending on the acrylic, successful vector cutting through some manufacturer's 5/8" acrylic can also be achieved in a single pass. Read More on cutting acrylic.

What is rotary attachment’s working boundary?
The maximum diameter and length of the to-be-engraved object is 7.09 inches (90mm) and 17.3 inches (450mm) respectively, and a weight of 15.4 lbs.

What safety compliance is the Pinnacle under?
The Pinnacle lasers are under the 3a class. Pinnacle is FCC (ID# LO4GRC-LASER) and CE (EMC) approved. CDRH (Center for Devices and Radiological Health).

What minimum precautions should be taken when operating the Pinnacle laser?
Working glasses or goggles are recommended when maintaining the machine.

What are some requirements and recommendations of the air filtration exhaustion system?
The air blower’s power of exhaustion is 0.75kw with an airflow of 13/15 CMM (50Hz/60Hz). It is recommended that the exhaust end of the air filtration system is piped out of the working room.

What is the minimum requirement of a cooling system for a 50W laser?
Heat Load (max):800W, Flow Rate:1.5GPM, Temperature: 18°~20° Centigrade/64°~68°

What is the recommended PSI for the Pinnacle Lasers?
The recommended PSI on an air compressor for the Pinnacle lasers is between 18-20psi.

What is the proper operation temperature for my Pinnacle laser?
It is recommended that you keep your environment temperature between 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit.
