selling to schools

I would like to sell decals to schools as possibly fundraisers or something along those lines. Trouble is I need a way to present the information to the schools and an easy way for them to sell and get all of that information back to us so we can produce the products. We did something similar to this a couple years ago with our local school but it was presented in a very unproffesional way (we made up home made piece of paper with a few different decals they could choose from in black and white). Any way, i hope you get the idea of what I am trying to say. Does anyone know how we would go about getting things made to present our products in a profesional way? Thank you veryu much!

How I sell my decals is by putting them on a Black Banner,, for display with a number under each one, and then also a swatch of vinyl in one corner showing the colors that are available .

so they choose the decal, choose the color, and can also pick what size they would like it.

All the decals I put on there are small, so i can fit many.

I used Black Caroplast Boards and put 5 In decals on it also with Numbers under them. Sell to Booster Clubs for $ 2.50 each and let them put what ever price they want on them . I sell them at least 5 of each one thats on the boards and give them 5 choice of colors.
