VJ-1204 does not turn off

Hello, any ideas other than disconnect power cble on how to turn off this printer. Magenta ink ran out and i cannot turn off the printer, pushed power cable many times and holded but nothing happened.

Sounds like the head height is in the wrong position. Open the front cover, lower it and try to power down again. It won't shut off with the head raised. (this prevents the head from drying out when it's not being used).

Thanks Jerry!! Still not shutting down, "Power off" is displayed, green power light is blinking

Try unplugging the printer for an hour, then reboot and let us know what happens.
