Cutter doing strange cut at corners

My cutter is doing strange "loops" for lack better word at corners and start stopping points of a cut. It is a Vinyl Express Lynx. I changed the blade thinking it might be the problem but it is still doing it with the new one also. Need Idea's I have attached a photo of three squares you can see on the corners what it is doing..

Not lifting on the "overcut" routine (Tangential Emulation). It might be the cutting head is having an issue. Send email to support@signwarehouse.com to make sure.
