Level one tech support for Sawgrass desktop ChromaBlast and SubliJET products is provided by Sawgrass. Sawgrass is an authorized Epson service center and can diagnose problems with Epson printers. However, if a problem is determined to be caused by a manufacturer defect not related to Sawgrass ink, the solution may require contacting Epson for support in accordance with the printer warranty.
