The Colortrac Cx40 MFP is a complete package including the Cx40 CIS scanner, a sturdy height-adjustable stand, dedicated high speed Dell PC with 17” monitor and keyboard and a software suite. The stand is ideal for positioning the scanner table directly above a large format printer which can be networked or directly connected to the pc. The MFP bundle offers scan-to-file, scan-to-copy, and scan-to-email functionality in both monochrome and color for seamless workflow.

The Colortrac GxT High Speed Color Scanners come in a wide format 42” width and compact 25” width. The high speed GxT25E has an optical width of 25” and is perfect for schools, photographers, graphic artists, and home office use. The GxT42E High Speed Color Scanner has a 42” optical width and is designed to provide fast, high quality scans, copy of file distribution of large format photographs, satellite images, artwork, graphic designs, posters, and any other documents that require a wide color gamut and high dynamic range.

Both the GxT25E and GxT42E are powered by CCD technology similar to that used in digital cameras. The T in GxT stands for “Thick”. The cleverly engineered Colortrac GxT scanners can sense the thickness of documents and elevate the CCD unit to accommodate media up to .8” thick.  Both GxT models can scan 200dpi images at speeds up to 3” per second in color and 6” per second in black & white. The maximum resolution of 1200dpi generates high quality input for breathtaking large format prints and graphics.

The Colortrac GxT25E and GxT42E MFP options offer a complete package including the scanner, sturdy height-adjustable stand, dedicated high speed Dell PC with 17” monitor and keyboard and a comprehensive software suite including CopySmart, ScanWorks Deluxe, and Basic SmartLF software.  When connected to a large format printer, the MFP system offers scan-to-file, scan-to-copy, and scan-to-email functionality in both monochrome and color.

Connectivity & Output Options: The heart of the MFP system is the Dell Optiplex PC, which comes pre-loaded with CopySmart and SmartLF. The Optiplex can be connected to printers by USB 2.0 or via tcp/ip networks. Scanned documents can be sent to printers by USB, Ethernet, to hard drive, CD, or portable drives for electronic storage, or directly to customers via Email.

Professional installation, three year on-site warranty. The MFP system is installed by trained GEI wide format technicians and comes with one year on-site warranty coverage for parts and labor and three year on-site warranty for parts.

Dell Optiplex PC. The bundled Dell PC in the MFP system is an ‘open architecture” PC allowing you to install whatever software necessary to optimize your workflow.
