EnduraTex Iron On film is ideal for youth league sports apparel, custom and short run imprinted casual wear, and branded ‘identity’ apparel. Sell your designs to businesses, community organizations, church groups, friends & family members!
• Polyurethane, ready-to-cut, custom garment decoration • Thinner than most films - easier to weed • 3.7 mil • Actual material size: 14.75" width • Use a 45° blade • 17 colors • Weed small letters and fine designs easily • Light pressure to start then increase pressure as you iron • Use teflon sheet or parchment paper • Application Directions: Reverse or mirror cut. This is a HOT peel product. Weed excess material. Preheat iron to "Cotton" setting. Apply light pressure then increase as ironing. Apply heat for 1 min 15 seconds to 1 min 30 seconds • Wash Instructions: Labeled on garment. Turn garment inside out. Wait 24 hrs before washing. Excellent durability, even after repeated washings.
Note: Due to variety of textiles and their treatments, conduct a print trial before each use. For best results, always apply layers of like products. (Ex. Iron On on Iron On). Mixing transfer films in layered graphics may result in peeling of layers when washed.

I wanted to combine some rhinestone designs with vinyl, but do not have a heat press at this time. I decided to give this a try. I like it overall, now that I know what to expect.
First, it shrinks a little bit on application. I had a two color design, I had overcut the bottom color, but it shrank so much when I applied it to the shirt that my top design no longer lined up properly. I was able to adjust and move forward with good results, but I recommend a test run if you intend to do any layering.
Also, I followed the application instructions very carefully. My iron must run a little hot, if I run the pressing for the recommended time, my vinyl melts and begins to skew. With a little practice, I've been able to figure out the proper timing. Again, I recommend practicing the application on an old tshirt so that you don't end up with undesirable results.
Like most vinyls, it cuts and weeds very easily. After a little trial and error, I am happy with my finished products.

I never wanted to do T-shirts or even any type of garment. But, when I was asked to do a few shirts for a group I belong to I decided to look around.
Leave it to SignWarehouse to have the answer.
EnduraTEX Iron-On is easy to work with and produces a very professional finished product.

This media is incredibly forgiving. I was able to cut designs with 0.050" of white space between objects, and with some objects as small as 0.050 across. The tacky backing keeps it all together, and I literaly just yanked the weed material off.
This is my first experience with Fabric Imprinting, my shop does signs and decals. I would recomend this to anyone who just wants to make a few tee-shirts. My customer is highly impressed with the quality/cost of her small batch of T-shirts.
PS: don't forget to pre-heat the fabric before applying the graphic. You'll spend less time ironing.

I swore I would not get into the T-shirt business, when I saw this product, I just had to try it. It works really well and even layers. I would not want to do a large job of multiple shirts, but this is ideal for small runs such as team sports. Again, this works well and weeds easier than some vinyl I have.

I figured I give this a shot, just for those few times I need a quick shirt for a customer as a one or two off and other solutions are not an option, and I am really surprised how well it worked. I use a teflon sheet and a regular iron, and have washed my "prototype" cotton shirt multiple times so far without any negative impact. I can definitely recommend this product.
