A small roll was included when I bought my cutter from Sign Warehouse. Up until then I thought all vinyl was created equal. Boy was I wrong! This stuff is great for small lettering when cutting decals. Weeds beautifully! I was so frustrated with the other white vinyls I have used previously. Never weeded right. Edges always coming up even though blade was sharp. Just a mess! And then I tried the Oracal 651. What a difference. Thanks!!

Love the Oracal products, esp the 651. It with stands the sun very well, this matte black is a brilliant satin black, looks great on walls or cars! It's a good hearty material and sticks well.

I use the Oracal 651 Vinyl for making all our real estate signs and have been very pleased. They have been out in the hot desert sun for over a year now and no fading or cracking yet. Great price from SignWarehouse. You will not be sorry.

This has to be the best peeling vinyl that I have ever weeded. Cuts clean... weeds great. (BTW, king blue is more like Royal Blue or American Sign Blue)
