Direct Advantage is a digital print system delivering high resolution prints directly to cotton garments without the use of transfer paper.  The Direct Advantage system uses patented Naturalink and a heat press to make vibrant, full color, permanent printed graphics on untreated cotton t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote-bags, golf towels and more. NaturaLink is a water-based ink system so there are no VOC’s* and no need for ventilation.

The Direct Advantage system uses a sturdy wide format digital print platform thoroughly reengineered by Sawgrass technologies to provide the most reliable direct to garment system on the market today. Garments can be mounted and fed into the printer on an aluminum embroidery-style jig or a fiberglass jig that mounts in a manner similar to a screen printer. Jigs come in both adult and youth sizes to accommodate all your customers.

The Direct Advantage workflow is as simple as designing a color graphic in your graphic design software of choice, sending the file to the Direct Advantage queue, loading a garment and sending to file to the printer.  Then heat press the shirt to seal the ink and hand it to your customer! The heat chemically bonds the NaturaLink to the cotton fibers and creates a permanent, washable image.
