Sign Warehouse Announces Expansion

Sherman, Texas, June 1, 1998 --

Sign Warehouse has announced plans to expand their Sherman, Texas facility.  With the purchase and groundbreaking of adjoining property, construction has begun on a new building which will provide an additional 20,000 square feet of warehouse and office space.

"We are extremely excited that our company's growth has made this expanded facility a requirement," said Chris Gripp, Sign Warehouse President.

"The added space will greatly improve our warehousing capacity as well as give us additional space for demonstration and showroom areas," Gripp stated.  Another feature of the facility will be the addition of workshop classrooms for our customers' use.   "With the trend toward full color printing in the sign industry, we saw the need for supplementary training should our customer require it," said Gripp.   "The expanded area will allow us to have monthly classes to acquaint new users with the equipment needed to expand their businesses."

Another benefit of the expansion will be the increased warehouse space to accommodate the large inventory of cutters/plotters, printers, and computer systems that Sign Warehouse maintains.  "We are currently renting additional space to house our inventory," revealed Chris Gripp.  "As Sign Warehouse braces for expected growth in 1998, the new facility will assist us well.  It will allow us to maintain our same-day shipping policy on all orders placed before 11:00 A.M. and provide a more room for our enlarged technical support group."

Preliminary work has already been completed on the new facility and move in is expected by late fall 1998.
