I am a new Customer, what do I do?
You must create a customer account with a Sign In ID and password to make a purchase. Your Sign In ID must be something unique to you and easy to remember, such as your phone number. Click on the "Create New Account" link at the top left to get started. Credit card payments are accepted for US Credit cards shipping to US billing addresses only.

Why do I have to Sign In?
Signing up for an account can save you time at checkout by automatically filling in your shipping and billing information. It also helps provide a history of what you've bought.

I tried using a Sign In ID but it said "Login not accepted". Why?
You can't use a Sign In ID that has been used by somebody else. Remember, it must be unique to you. For instance, trying to use "Pamela" as a Sign In ID would be rejected, because the chances are that someone else has already used that. That is why we recommend that you use something unique to you, such as your SignWarehouse customer ID or your phone number and make sure there are no spaces.

Why do you need my email address and a password?
After you complete your order, we use your email address to notify you that we've received your order, and later when we have shipped it. Your password helps to keep your information safe.

My email address has changed. What should I do?
Just Sign In by using your old email address. Then, update your information by clicking
on "Welcome back..." link in the upper left of your screen.
