I have a MAC computer with O/S 10.4 and a Graphtec cutter. I have verified that everthing is set up correctly, but I am still unable to do any cuts. Is there anything else I can try?
Persons who have MAC 10.4 or newer with a GRAPHTEC cutter, and have everything setup properly in Production Manager, but are still unable to cut, please try the following:
Go to:
1) MAC HD
2) SYSTEM
3) LIBRARY
4) EXTENSIONS folder
5) DELETE all folders containing "Graphtec.mk2.ext (or anything with Graphtec k.ext)"
should be 4 or 5 of them to be deleted.
The next time you open VE LXI, you should be able to send to the cutter.
If not, then restart the Mac, Clear Preferences & setup again in LXI.
