Signwarehouse Terms & Conditions for Replacement Parts
For non-warranty repairs in which parts are purchased:
1.) Parts are not returnable for any reason after they have been opened and/or installed.
2.) Warranty on parts is 30-days replacement (if installed by a certified technician).
3.) PSP or part purchase does not include Live installation assistance. If you need Live technical assistance installing parts there is a $99 fee.
4.) By replacing your own parts, you take full responsibility and remove all liability from SignWarehouse, Inc. In addition you accept the responsibility of the work performed on your machine.
5.) SignWarehouse, Inc. has no obligation to correct any problems caused by the process of replacing the parts.
6.) Parts are non-refundable & non-returnable.
SignWarehouse, Inc. is not responsible for lost revenues, overtime, upset clients, or any other financial or business loss due to end user or 3rd party parts installation. SignWarehouse offers onsite and in-house warranty and non-warranty repair services performed by factory certified technicians. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure having the necessary skill level to perform the procedures needed for a successful repair or part installation, or to hire a certified 3rd party equipment specialist to perform the work.
SignWarehouse, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to deliver the correct parts requested and paid for in a timely manner. However SignWarehouse has no control over delivery service problems such as package misdirection, inclement weather conditions, or other failed delivery attempts to the address provided to us.
