Sublimation Printers

Dye sublimation turns solid dye into gas under heat so it bonds into white or pastel polyester fabric and into polymer-coated hard goods such as mugs, plaques, mouse pads and sign blanks. A sublimation printer prints the transfer, a heat press moves it onto the item, and the image sits inside the coating rather than on top of it.

Two printers are stocked. The UNINET IColor 350 is a desktop toner sublimation printer: up to 25 pages per minute on standard copy paper, no ink heads to clog or cartridges to expire, shipped with toner for about 1,000 transfers, for white and pastel polyester apparel and polymer-coated blanks. The Mimaki TS330-1600 is the 64 in industrial textile printer with Sb411 and Sb410 dye sublimation inks including fluorescent pink and yellow, printing up to 1,453 square feet per hour, with an optional 10 kg bulk ink supply and mini jumbo roll. A clearance Sublime DS170 desktop sublimation printer with a 90-day depot warranty is listed while it lasts.
